Emotion is part of our mental process, and we feel an emotion as something pleasurable, positive, or with displeasure, negative. These emotions are our fears, at times our beliefs, our intuition. How we feel and use our emotions can direct the outcome of our lives, not only mentally but physically, our bodies.
