Our Mind is not our brain. It is ethereal, untouchable, unseen. To understand it better we break it down into the Conscious and Subconscious, and how our mind works generally, that dictates the outcome of our lives.

The mind is not fixed and science has shown that is is plastic – it can change by using it correctly, by altering the way we think, what we think and using our imagination.
